These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at altecconstruction.com (the "Site"), operated by Altec Construction Inc. ("Altec," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to your use of the Site only and do not replace or modify any separate written contract you may enter into with Altec for construction or remodeling services.
01Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement, and you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
02Informational Purpose; No Binding Offer
The content on the Site, including service descriptions, project examples, timelines, price ranges, return-on-investment figures, and similar information, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a quote, a guarantee, or a binding offer to perform work at any particular price or on any particular schedule.
Pricing ranges and estimates shown on the Site are illustrative and vary based on project scope, materials, site conditions, and other factors. Nothing on the Site creates a contract for services between you and Altec.
03Estimates & Project Contracts
Any estimate, consultation, or proposal we provide is non-binding until a formal written contract is signed by both you and Altec. All construction and remodeling services are governed exclusively by that separate signed contract, which controls the scope of work, price, schedule, warranties, and other terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your signed contract, the signed contract controls with respect to the services.
Altec Construction Inc. is a licensed California contractor (CA License #740844). Information about our license status is available through the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB).

We provide these for your convenience and do not control or endorse them. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party websites and services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
08Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altec and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Altec and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
11Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This section governs disputes relating to the Site; disputes relating to construction services are governed by your signed contract.
12Changes; Miscellaneous
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Altec regarding your use of the Site.
